REGISTRATION FORM

Sign up to the 4-week courses by filling the registration form underneath. By completing the form, you agree to pay the fee of the course you have chosen, as well as to act according to the terms and conditions of WEAREKREATIV's courses (listed below the form).

All registrations will be confirmed by email within three (3) business days. Only a confirmed registration will secure a place in the course(s). Places are limited and will be filled in order of registration. If a course is full, you can register to the queue.

Terms & conditions for KREATIV Courses

The courses shall be paid by card payment (payments are done before/after the first class of the course).
Registration is binding, and will be confirmed separately by email. All cancellations must be made no later than one day (24 hours) before the start of the first class of the course, by email to laura@wearekreativ.fi. Cancellations made less than a day before the start of the course will be charged 50% of the course price, unless the registrant has a medical certificate to present. No-show does not equal as a cancellation, and if the cancellation has not been done via email under the above-stated time frame, the price of the course will be fully charged. Please inform us of any cancellation as soon as possible so that any people in the queue can be included in the course.
A course will be organized if there is enough people signed up before the start of the course. A possible cancellation from WEAREKREATIV's part will be informed to the signed up attendees at the latest the evening before the course is scheduled to start.
